Job Purpose

Responsible for developing, updating, and controlling project planning activities, ensuring schedule reliability, compliance with contractual milestones, and optimization of resources, costs, and deadlines. Acts in project progress monitoring, identification of risks and delays, support for change management and claims, while contributing to the continuous improvement of Project Planning and Control processes.

Job Description

  • Develop project schedules in accordance with the selected execution strategy
  • Plan activities with the objective of mitigating risks and reducing costs
  • Propose the necessary resources for project execution
  • Update and implement Planning and Control systems (methods, procedures, schedules, physical progress tracking, dashboards, etc.)
  • Support the approval process of baseline schedules by the client, as well as declared progress and milestone achievement
  • Increase project team awareness regarding milestones, key durations, and critical path
  • Monitor and control project status in order to identify delays
  • Location: Eco Sapucaí – Cidade Nova, Rio de Janeiro

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Active CREA registration
  • Advanced English
  • Experience with project planning, monitoring, and control
  • Knowledge of planning tools, delay analysis, risk analysis, critical path analysis, schedule monitoring, resources, and physical progress tracking
  • Knowledge of data analysis, Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI
  • Availability for visits to other sites
