Job Purpose

  • Responsible for supporting the management of logistics, documentation, and regulatory aspects, ensuring that the vessel complies with regulatory standards and is ready for planned projects. Also assists in identifying compliance requirements applicable to vessels managed by TechnipFMC.

Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and report audits, inspections, and assessments of management systems of vessel operators, vessels, and other maritime assets to be used in TechnipFMC projects.
  • Prepare reports for clients.
  • Monitor the closure of findings from audits and inspections.
  • Review contractual requirements and support the project manager in establishing maritime HSE requirements.
  • Provide daily advice to the project team on maritime interface matters.
  • Compile, file, and track maritime assurance documentation for selected assets involved in TechnipFMC project operations.
  • Guide vessel operators on specific Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements and operational requirements for vessels operating for TechnipFMC, including regional requirements.
  • Identify and analyze opportunities to simplify, standardize, and industrialize maritime assurance activities.
  • Identify and analyze trends in maritime assurance findings and, when possible, suggest improvement actions.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nautical Sciences, Engineering, Naval Technology, or related fields.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
  • Possess mandatory Lead Auditor qualifications: ISM, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
  • Strong expertise in ISM auditing.
  • Basic offshore safety training.
  • Available for occasional offshore assignments.

  • PLSV Interface/Experience.
