Job Purpose

Responsible for understanding business strategy, analyzing business processes, identifying demand, defining business cases, and documenting requirements. Partners with IDS domains, digital and external vendors to deliver solutions. Identifies IT resources needed to support business processes and collaborates in developing information management strategies as an integrated part of the overall business strategy.

Job Description

  • Influence and partner with business leadership to understand commercial strategy.
  • Ensure business needs are understood and IT updates are consistently communicated.
  • Possess strong understanding of business processes, strategy, and global perspective.
  • Identify IT resources required to support business processes and collaborate on information management strategies.
  • Identify industry trends and recommend improvements to existing business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements and perform business process mapping.
  • Partner with IDS domains to ensure functional and user requirements are understood.
  • Review IT statements of work to ensure they clearly articulate business needs and raise concerns when estimates do not align with required effort.
  • Ensure project management, development, testing, and implementation activities are properly established with IDS domains and IT vendors.
  • Represent the company to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined requirements and service levels.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Experience in business planning, analysis, operations, IT, and/or project management.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes and global perspective.
  • Proven leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
