Job Description

Prepare and/or review HSE documents;
Prepare and provide training;
Conduct HSE audits, both internally and at suppliers;
Ensure compliance with legal and contractual demands regarding the HSE management system;
Interface with other departments in the company to contribute to the HSE vision in planning and during operational activities;
Analyze, control and disseminate all documents of the HSE Management system;
Contribute to the achievement of the company's HSE Objectives;
Carry out the treatment of corrective/preventive actions regarding non-conformities of the HSE Management System;
Prepare and deliver technical presentations on HSE;
Conduct inspections and monitor operational activities;
Have governance (leadership) of environmental permit processes;
Perform analysis of environmental data, as well as preparation for external reports.

Job Purpose

Prepare/review HSE management system documents (manual, plans, procedures, instructions, forms); Conduct internal HSE audits; Monitor HSE management system audits; Prepare HSE statistical reports; Prepare and deliver training.

You are meant for this job if:

Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Engineering, with a specialization in Occupational Safety Engineering;

Experience in the environment with Environmental Licensing, Environmental Performance Indicators and Sustainability Reports (Frameworks), preferably in the Oil and Gas area;
Knowledge of advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Apps,
Desirable ability to create tools and applications and develop Dashboards in Power BI;
Availability to travel for work, when necessary;

Availability for occasional travel;
Advanced English.
