Job Purpose

Responsible for ensuring that Quality Management System processes are established and implemented in accordance with the company’s global standards, regulatory requirements (ISO), legal obligations, and customer expectations. Acts proactively to maintain a zero-defect focus, promoting continuous improvement and driving the success of both customers and the organization.

Job Description

• Fosters the creation of a zero-defect environment, ensuring compliance through well-structured and implemented processes

• Manages quality teams, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and development in collaboration with HR

• Prepares and controls the annual budget for quality cost centers • Aligns global quality practices, participating in strategic meetings and cascading projects into execution

• Promotes continuous improvement through monitoring of indicators, inspections, internal audits, and corrective/preventive actions

• Ensures that customer-identified nonconformities are addressed and cascaded to product lines

• Supports Project Quality in managing customer inspection interfaces, ensuring satisfaction and compliance with delivery deadlines

• Leads Quality Engineering projects and transformational initiatives (QRT, Process Verification, MOC)

• Works globally, sharing best practices and scaling solutions to reduce waste and rework

• Performs final product release, ensuring that project scope and requirements are fully met 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration

  • Advanced English proficiency

  • Experience in managing quality systems and leading teams
