Job Purpose

Ensure continuous improvement of financial processes in the areas of accounting and share services, using the lean methodology as a basis for this implementation.

 

Job Description

• Deliver financial information to management;

• Manage the team to deliver the USGAAP and statutory financial statements;

• Maintain a good governance level to comply with SOX, internal control and internal audit requirements;

• Connect and communicate with global leaders and peers around the world; work on team engagement, development and empowerment;

• Work closely with the Brazil shared services finance team to get opportunities for standardization, simplification and industrialization;

• Deliver high quality results under pressure with team engagement and constructive behaviors;  

• Strong in building and maintaining relationships within and outside area of responsility;

• Clear communicator in verbally and in writing. Used to work in fast pace international environment;

• Solid understanding of Brazil Tax System.

You are meant for this job if:

• Master's Degree in Accounting or equivalent;

• 10 years experience in accounting environment;

• Fluent English; 

• Knowledge of Accounting standards and principles especially IFRS, including month end closing processes;

• Knowledge of IT accounting and reporting Tools;

• Knowledge of internal controls principles;

• Excelent leadership skills to manage a diverse team which requires high level of connection;

• Constructive behavior which creates engagement, commitment and sense of belonging;

• Speak up person which makes position when required;

• Person which is aligned with TechnipFMC values;
