Job Purpose
- Perform monthly cost activities with greater complexity, within the accounting principles accepted by current legislation, both local and corporate, ensuring compliance with deadlines, norms, and internal procedures.
Job Description
- Prepare control of obsolete and excess materials inventory and provision for losses of these materials.
- Analyze and monitor production orders in process and finished.
- Monitor and account for Hedge Accounting results.
- Calculate, monitor, account for, and fill in explanatory notes of financial statements related to lease operations, following the accounting rules established by IFRS 09.
- Meet the demands of internal, external, and Internal Controls audits.
- Parameterize ERPs.
- Participate in physical inventories, analyze and make necessary adjustments resulting from the count.
- Cost manufactured and/or industrialized products.
- Execute monthly closing routines and generate reports for internal, external clients, and the Corporation.
- Contribute to the annual budget process by preparing information on expenses, allocations, productive hours, and inventories according to the pre-established schedule by the corporation.
- Periodically verify, through system activities, the validity and effectiveness of the company's active cost collectors.
- Analyze entries made in Result Analysis – SAP, seeking to highlight the correct ones and identify any errors.
You are meant for this job if:
- Academic Background in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Fluent English.
