Job Purpose

Ensure pipeline fabrication, jumper fabrication and logistic base package delivery on time, within budget, with required quality and ZERO accidents.

For that the coordinator shall ensure sound interface with Project Team and internally (VSO AOB Assets – Açu Spoolbase, Jumper Fabrication & Açu Logistic Base), acting as a facilitator to support on proposal phase and to ensure delivery of projects in accordance with the expected Safety, Quality, Planning and Cost, ensuring the availability of free issued items, equipment, assets and resources to meet the demand from mobilization, onshore storage, integrations & construction and demobilization of assets, always in accordance with the concepts of TechnipFMC values and requirements on QHSE, Ethics & Compliance.

Job Description

• Coordinate internal (Açu Operations Base) and external (EPCI Projects) interfaces based on the concepts of QHSES, Ethics & Compliance and cost control.

• Ensure that TechnipFMC's interests are guaranteed in terms of proposals (technical, commercial and contractual).

• Ensure that industry standards and internal Guidelines are being followed;

• Establish good communication and work as a facilitator between departments, such as VSO-AOB (Execution Streams and internal and external support teams), VSO (Execution Streams and Support Functions), PMT (Packages, Operations teams, QHSES, Procurement, Legal, Supply Chain) in order to promote objective and clear actions;

• Monitor the budget and cost control of ongoing proposals and projects;

• Coordinate interfaces with other areas of the company to ensure compliance with the project schedule;

• Monitor the schedule and planning, as well as support AOB Execution Streams / Assets in recovery plans whenever necessary and report progress;

• Review proposals to ensure execution needs;

• Carry out activities and coordinate activities according to the established RASCI Matrix;

• Review documentation when relevant.

You are meant for this job if:

• Completed degree in civil, metallurgical, production and mechanical engineering.

• Advanced English;

• Experience with interface with external and internal customers; EPCI projects; MS project; Quality, HSE, Operations, Physical and financial controls;

• Project management certification;
