Job Purpose

Responsible for performing calculations, issuing reports, and managing moderately complex financial events using the company’s available management tools, in order to control the financial aspects of projects. Provides financial results of projects to ensure compliance with approved budgets.

Job Description

  • Prepare revenue forecasts for each project, considering schedule, scope, and contracted commercial conditions.

  • Continuously monitor financial progress, ensuring the achievement of deliverables that enable invoicing.

  • Prepare calculation memos and forward them to the project team.

  • Control contractual milestones and ensure the necessary documentation for invoice issuance (calculation memo approved by the client).

  • Execute invoicing according to contractual criteria and deadlines agreed with the client.

  • Collaborate with technical, commercial, and financial areas to mitigate risks that may affect revenue.

  • Support action plans for contractual amendments together with the project team.

  • Apply knowledge of tax regulations to support project decision-making.

  • Prepare cash-in controls to monitor project lifecycle and manage payment of invoices and receipts.

  • Track project results against realized revenue.

You are meant for this job if:

  • A degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent.

  • Professional-level English proficiency.

  • Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate with project team colleagues.
