Job Purpose

Develop medium complexity activities related to the estimation of costs of the areas that act in order to ensure compliance with the annual budget plan.

Job Description

. Develop the financial controls of the project, preparing a critical analysis of the values presented to the Project Manager; in order to prepare the budget of the project and ensure the final result.
. Analysis of Capex.
.  Interface with the Engineering, Supply, Crew, HR, Accounting, Operations and Asset departments, requesting technical information to allow constant analysis of total projected cost (forecast), revenue and operating margin. 
.  Ensure the control of the Project through the analysis and use of data available in the systems, as for commitments, billing, payments (Third Parties), invoicing and receipts (Customer). 
.  Analysis and issuance of P&L and Cash Flow and ensure that requests for financial information to FP&A (P&L Profit & Loss submission) and Treasury (cash flow submission) are being met. 
. Focus on actions to increase the profitability of projects through appropriate financial reports, as well as specific cost control and reduction actions and financial planning with other areas of the company;
. Interface with external and internal partners
. Development of automated controls in Power BI

 

Location: Rio de Janeiro/RJ

You are meant for this job if:

Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, Accounting

Experience in project cost control, preferably in oil and gas companies;
Excel and Power BI Advanced; interest in automation of reports;
Desirable knowledge with Oracle, Hyperion and SAP

Advanced English for conversation and writing;

Having worked with joint ventures will be a differential.
