Job Purpose

Participate and perform low-complexity tasks in the Procurement Department, while monitoring the development of medium and high-complexity tasks. Operate under direct supervision, applying policies, procedures, and best practices of the department.

Job Description

  • Apply Sourcing and Procurement procedures related to purchasing, supplier qualification, and evaluation;

  • Issue and follow up on requests for quotations for low-complexity items/services, monitoring those of medium and high complexity;

  • Send technical clarification agendas to bidders;

  • Analyze and equalize commercial proposals;

  • Negotiate with bidders to obtain better commercial conditions;

  • Issue Comparative Quotation Maps and purchasing recommendations;

  • Prepare and send Purchase Orders and their revisions;

  • Follow up on Purchase Orders;

  • Draft and renew low-complexity contracts according to business needs and monitor those of medium and high complexity;

  • Collaborate in the supplier qualification and development process;

  • Monitor supplier performance according to TechnipFMC policies;

  • Search for new suppliers for low-complexity items and monitor searches for medium and high-complexity ones;

  • Participate in meetings with internal customers and resolve issues related to the served department;

You are meant for this job if:

  • Academic background in Administration, Accounting, Production Engineering, or related fields;

  • Knowledge of Oracle and SAP;

  • Intermediate English proficiency.
