Job Purpose

The Compliance and Human Rights Administrative Assistant will support the Compliance and Human Rights teams by performing essential tasks such as data review and verification, supporting remediation efforts, research and other administrative support.  The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to standardize processes and ensure compliance with Human Rights Standard and additional Compliance standards.

Job Description

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Rights and Compliance teams, including preparing different reports, presentations, workflows and guidance documents and questionnaires related to the Human Rights program, drawing data from a variety of sources within and outside of the department

• Support supplier and client human rights audits, including collecting and organizing necessary documentation for audits and assessments

• Review and audit investigation and human rights data to ensure accuracy and implementation of remedial action

• Perform data analysis and create dashboards to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within Allegation Management and Human Rights programs.

• Support the Allegation Management Programs Manager and the Human Rights Programs Manager in the successful implantation of the programs’ initiatives

• Benchmark the company’s Human Rights and Allegation Management programs against industry standards and best practices

• Schedules appointments and coordinates arrangements for meetings, conferences, travel and related issues

You are meant for this job if:

  • Professional diploma (e.g. Political Science, Business, Data Analytics or related disciplines)
  • Interest in compliance, human rights and data analytics
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficient in PowerBI or similar data analytics program
