Job Purpose

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in Compensation & Benefits to support the maintenance, review, and implementation of compensation policies and practices, contributing to workforce cost management, organizational structure, and HR budgeting activities.

Job Description

• Analyze salary survey results and support salary structure review initiatives;
 • Provide recommendations regarding promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, and other employee movements;
 • Support compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, and transfers;
 • Represent the Compensation area during internal and external audits and contribute to action plans when required;
 • Manage job and salary administration processes and provide insights for decision-making;
 • Support managers in job description development and maintenance;
 • Administer variable compensation programs and maintain accurate records;
 • Monitor compensation indicators, workforce metrics, and personnel costs;
 • Support workforce budgeting and forecasting cycles;
 • Consolidate HR management reports, including headcount, turnover, and compensation analyses;
 • Perform personnel cost simulations and support financial analyses;
 • Ensure the timely reporting of HR data to the Group and internal stakeholders

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Production Engineering;
• Experience in Compensation & Benefits;
• Experience with workforce cost management, budgeting, headcount planning, and organizational structure analysis;
• Advanced English proficiency;
