Job Purpose

Responsible for driving DevOps practices across software teams, designing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments. Ensures scalability, security, and efficiency through automation, AWS services, and microservices architecture.

Job Description

  • Implement DevOps practices across Software Teams, establishing CI/CD systems, and creating, managing, measuring, and continuously improving processes and pipelines.
  • Support AWS, GitHub, and Atlassian administration activities, including user access security and control, cost optimization, development of new features and virtual environments, and enablement of microservices architecture.
  • Location: Tech Center - Ilha do Fundão - RJ

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering;
  • CREA
  • Advanced english;
  • Python or TypeScript programming languages;
  • Bash / shell scripting
  • Knowledge of AWS, GitHub, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence)
  • Very good understanding of DevOps principles (Three Ways, CALMS);
  • Good knowledge of AWS cloud, including technologies like: EC2, ASG, VPC, ECS, EKS, S3;
  • Knowledge of Monitoring and Observability tools and practices (AWS X-Ray, CloudWatch, Grafana, logs and alarms);
  • Experience with AWS cost optimization / FinOps practices;
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code, using Terraform, cloudformation, AWS cdk;
  • Experience with virtualization, images creation, and use of custom builds of OS for virtualized environments;
  • Experience with managing cloud servers and supporting Linux/Windows machines;
  • Experience with DevSecOps practices, including secret and code scanning, IAM governance, and security automation within CI/CD pipelines;
  • Experience with containerization using Docker and Docker Compose.
  • Experience with Microservices architecture using solutions such as Kubernetes and ECS.
