Job Purpose
Responsible for process/method/tool activities for support product development process, executing testing and qualifications of new products.
Job Description
- Develop assembly and testing procedures, technical specifications and reports for R&D prototypes or product Qualifications, as well as other electrical, automation, robotics and controls project documentation to be executed in testing laboratories or other industrial facilities. Participate in commissioning (controls, automation and electrical scope) of industrial equipment.
- Execute controls, automation and electrical engineering projects, under supervision, in accordance with TechnipFMC instructions, schedules, processes, Quality and HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements of the department and/or projects, as well as requirements defined by the customer.
- Act and technically interface in a multidisciplinary group (assembly and testing, planning & project, procurement, sourcing, quality and HSE teams) to ensure better practices and processes to meet established deadlines and quality requirements. Participate on nonconformity's analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) investigation. Act as a problem solver.

You are meant for this job if:
- Degree in Engineering: Controls and Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics
- CREA-RJ
- Knowledge in industrial processes, Robotics, industrial instrumentation, controls and supervisory systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA, etc.) and electrical systems (variable frequency driver, motor, pumps, drives, etc.)
- Knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Programming Languages for controls and automation such as: Python, Ladder, etc
- Experience as an engineer in Oil and Gas Industry.
- Basic knowledge of LEAN, continuous improvement (KAIZEN), Design Thinking and quality tools (RCA, 5W2H, etc.).
- Desirable knowledge: LabView, UCOS, Power Apps, Power Automation, Power BI, Basic knowledge in SolidWorks or AutoCad.
