Job Purpose
Working with our customers to design solutions to control, monitor and automate their industrial processes.
Job Description

Configure and version automation software (TechnipFMC proprietary systems: UCOS, InControl, SmartTool, and network components).

Create and maintain build, test, and deployment pipelines.

Generate and release configuration technical documentation using company tools.

Conduct bench software tests and support plant startup activities.

Participate in planning meetings and SCRUM/Lean methodology activities.Support development, QA, and operations teams.

Perform field support activities, such as commissioning and after-sales, in accordance with local labor regulations.

Participate in rotations across different squads within the software team.

You are meant for this job if:
- Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
- Active CREA registration.

Advanced English (reading, writing) and intermediate English for conversation

Experience in software configuration for industrial automation.

Participation in development projects, parameterization, and commissioning of automation equipment.

Strong command of control systems and configuration tools.

Experience performing software tests and supporting field commissioning.Knowledge of Control & Automation processes, including instrumentation, I/Os, sensors, actuators, and plant control logic to ensure proper software behavior.

Experience working with agile methodologies, prioritizing SCRUM
Desired Knowledge
- High‑level programming languages: Python, MATLAB/Simulink
- Mid‑level programming languages: C, C++, C#, Java
- Quality and organizational methodologies: 5S, ITIL
- Experience with industrial networks: Ethernet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus
- Experience with source code versioning
- Lean philosophy
- Desirable knowledge in computer networks and cybersecurity
- Desirable familiarity with subsea equipment
