Job Purpose

  • Responsible for coordinating Projects and controlling activities and actions related to the execution of the scope of the portfolio to which it is directed, including interfacing with the areas involved in all its phases (mobilization, planning, monitoring and control, execution, and project closure), so that the projects/products are delivered within the defined timeframe, according to the costs and quality established by the company and the client’s requirements.

Job Description

  • Support project execution and management of disciplines such as scope, cost, schedule, etc.;
  • Support the delivery of the project on time, with quality and safety, as well as the projected project margin;
  • Act in the management and monitoring of projects in all phases (mobilization, planning, monitoring and control, execution, and project closure) and activities related to engineering, manufacturing, assembly, quality, development (when applicable), ensuring that tasks are executed according to requirements, meeting the project schedule and budget in compliance with TechnipFMC’s procedures and guidelines;

You are meant for this job if:

  • Engineering (preferably), Administration, Architecture, or areas related to Project Management (Economics, Foreign Trade, IT);
  • Advanced English;
  • Excellent understanding of on-offshore/subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services;
  • Ability to lead functional project teams and manages critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service;
  • Advanced Office Suite;
  • Desirable knowledge of project management tools (Primavera, MS Project) and ERP systems (preferably SAP);
  • Desirable knowledge of Project Management, Lean Philosophy; Knowledge in negotiation;
  • Skills in developing project execution plans, mitigation plans, and project mobilization plans;
  • Ability to establish project reporting routines;
  • Availability for short domestic trips.
