Job Purpose

  • Responsible for coordinating Projects and controlling activities and actions related to the execution of the scope of the portfolio to which it is directed, including interfacing with the areas involved in all its phases (mobilization, planning, monitoring and control, execution, and project closure), so that the projects/products are delivered within the defined timeframe, according to the costs and quality established by the company and the client’s requirements.

Job Description

  • Responsible for project execution and management of disciplines such as scope, cost, time, etc.;
  • Accountable for delivering the project on time, with quality and safety, as well as achieving the projected margin;
  • Ensure that products are integrated and tested before being released to the client;
  • Lead the project to meet its objectives, fostering a collaborative environment and upholding the company's values;
  • Manage stakeholders;
  • Ensure that lessons learned and risk mitigation strategies are implemented in the project.
  • Location: Manufacturing Site – Rio de Janeiro. 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration;
  • Solid experience in Project Management and its disciplines – Schedule, Cost, Communication, Quality, etc.;
  • Experience in Contract Management;
  • Experience in schedule and risk management;
  • Ability to develop project execution plans, mitigation plans, and project mobilization plans;
  • Knowledge of the Primavera scheduling tool, ERP systems, and cost management will be considered a plus;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Advanced English.
