Job Purpose
Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods/services), ensuring that quality and cost‑effective items are delivered on time. Responsible for managing procurement processes for EPCI projects and quotation/estimation for tenders/bids, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Description

Performs purchasing and quotation activities within established deadlines and budget

Ensures all necessary information for issuing RFQ/RFP is available

Verifies purchasing conditions applicable to the project and reports deviations to the Project Procurement Manager

Conducts clarification meetings with suppliers and requisitioners

Negotiates best commercial conditions (price, delivery time, payment terms)

Issues comparative bid evaluations and submits them for approval according to project guidelines

Formalizes purchase orders/contracts ensuring technical, quality, safety, and compliance requirements are met

Leads KOM meetings and expedites orders until product delivery or service completion
You are meant for this job if:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or International Relations

ERP user (SAP or Oracle)
-
Advanced English (able to lead meetings and respond to communications accurately)
