Job Purpose

Executes procurement strategies for assigned components (goods/services), ensuring that quality and cost‑effective items are delivered on time. Responsible for managing procurement processes for EPCI projects and quotation/estimation for tenders/bids, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Description

  • Performs purchasing and quotation activities within established deadlines and budget

  • Ensures all necessary information for issuing RFQ/RFP is available

  • Verifies purchasing conditions applicable to the project and reports deviations to the Project Procurement Manager

  • Conducts clarification meetings with suppliers and requisitioners

  • Negotiates best commercial conditions (price, delivery time, payment terms)

  • Issues comparative bid evaluations and submits them for approval according to project guidelines

  • Formalizes purchase orders/contracts ensuring technical, quality, safety, and compliance requirements are met

  • Leads KOM meetings and expedites orders until product delivery or service completion

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Law, or International Relations

  • ERP user (SAP or Oracle)

  • Advanced English (able to lead meetings and respond to communications accurately)
