Job Purpose

Supports the operations and objectives of the operational department using applicable methods, procedures and tools

Job Description

  • Management and provisioning of resources in the AWS environment, including EC2 instances, S3 buckets, and VPCs. Identification and implementation of cost optimization opportunities, such as Saving Plans and EC2 Reserved Instances.
  • Continuous monitoring of system performance, focusing on identifying and resolving issues related to AWS environment integrity, connectivity, systems, and applications.
  • Investigation and resolution of critical outages and issues in the AWS environment.
  • Creation of documentation related to activities performed in the AWS environment.
  • Monitor and configure systems, providing technical guidance to the IT support team.
  • The analyst will support cloud applications, migrate applications between on-premises and cloud environments, and manage cloud infrastructure to meet migration goals.
  • Create and maintain scalable, cost-effective, and available AWS cloud environments.
