Job Purpose

Realiza atividades relacionadas à manutenção predial, especialmente em sistemas de refrigeração, seguindo procedimentos e padrões organizacionais estabelecidos. Atua de forma independente em tarefas rotineiras, garantindo a execução dos serviços conforme as normas internas.

Job Description

  • Executa atividades como manutenção de equipamentos de refrigeração (cortinas de ar, splits, selfs, Fancoil, Chiller, aparelhos de janela, geladeiras, freezers e câmaras frigoríficas).
  • Auxilia na troca e limpeza de filtros, ajustes de correias, trocas de rolamentos e instalação de dutos e aparelhos de ar condicionado.
  • Realiza testes em sistemas de refrigeração e limpeza dos equipamentos após manutenção.
  • Trabalha conforme procedimentos, manuais e checklists, seguindo normas de segurança, higiene, qualidade e preservação ambiental.
  • Utiliza equipamentos e EPIs adequados para sua segurança.
  • Dá suporte administrativo a colegas mais experientes, quando necessário.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Ensino Médio com formação técnica em refrigeração e/ou eletromecânica.
  • Vivência prática em manutenção predial.
  • Desejável treinamento/certificação em elétrica ou áreas correlatas, se aplicável.
  • Experiência anterior em manutenção predial será considerada diferencial.
