Job Purpose

Supports the operations and objectives of the operational department using applicable methods, procedures and tools

Job Description

• Analyzes systems and reviews production work orders to check accuracy and feasibility

• Resolves level 1 incidents related to production and implements changes and improvement plans in accordance with procedures, utilizing appropriate tools and resources

• Monitors quality and performance levels defined in the Service Level Agreements and produces KPIs reports, as required

• Adapts own work plan in the light of operating experience to realize Standards Level Agreements

• Maintains operational documentation and procedures

• Contributes to improving the design, delivery and support of IT services

• Understands priorities related to the work being performed as well as the impact on the organization

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's degree in IT and relatives

• Solid analytical and problem solving skills

• Good understanding of information systems

• Strong team spirit

• Accuracy and attention to detail important

  • Fluent in english
