Job Purpose

Apoiar as operações e os objetivos do departamento operacional utilizando métodos, procedimentos e ferramentas aplicáveis.

Job Description

  • Analisar sistemas e revisar ordens de produção para verificar precisão e viabilidade.

  • Resolver incidentes de nível 1 relacionados à produção e implementar mudanças e planos de melhoria conforme os procedimentos, utilizando ferramentas e recursos apropriados.

  • Monitorar os níveis de qualidade e desempenho definidos nos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLAs) e produzir relatórios de indicadores-chave de desempenho (KPIs), conforme necessário.

  • Adaptar o plano de trabalho próprio com base na experiência operacional, visando alcançar os padrões dos SLAs.

  • Manter atualizada a documentação operacional e os procedimentos internos.

  • Contribuir para o aprimoramento da concepção, entrega e suporte dos serviços de TI.

  • Compreender as prioridades das tarefas executadas e o impacto que elas têm na organização.

  • Inglês Avançado
