Job Purpose

As part of our Automation & Innovation team, you’ll design and implement automation, integration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions that eliminate manual processes, improve governance, and boost service resilience.

You’ll work with cutting-edge cloud technologies (Azure, serverless solutions, APIs, M365, Active Directory) to deliver modern, data-driven solutions that empower the business.

Job Description

  • Identify and propose opportunities for automation and optimization of business and IT processes.
  • Develop and maintain automated solutions using scripts, APIs, and cloud technologies.
  • Create and manage environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (e.g., Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
  • Develop solutions based on Azure / Cloud Services, including serverless automations.
  • Build integration between systems (e.g., Active Directory, M365, P&C dashboards, external APIs).
  • Implement and maintain automation of operational processes, reducing manual dependency.
  • Work with Dynamic Distribution Groups and identity-based automation, when applicable.
  • Ensure best practices for security, standardization, and governance in solutions.
  • Actively participate in architecture definition and continuous improvement.
  • Document solutions and ensure knowledge transfer.
  • Support strategic initiatives of the Automation & Innovation team.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience in automation and/or development
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments (M365, Active Directory/Entra ID).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure).
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and enterprise infrastructures.
  • Fluent in English and ability to work in a global team.
