Job Purpose

Lead cybersecurity for OT/IACS environments by implementing policies, controls, risk analyses, and secure integration between IT and OT to ensure the protection of industrial systems. 

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and controls for OT/IACS environments

  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits on industrial systems, identifying vulnerabilities and proposing mitigation strategies

  • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure integration between corporate and industrial systems

  • Manage firewalls, network segmentation, and other OT-specific security measures

  • Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analyses, and prepare post-incident reports

  • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations such as IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, and ISO 27001

  • Design, deliver, and support cybersecurity awareness training for operational and technical teams

  • Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices in OT/IACS cybersecurity

  • Participate in planning and executing penetration tests and cyberattack simulations in OT environments

You are meant for this job if:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field

  • Preferred certifications: ISA/IEC 62443 Expert or equivalent, SANS GICSP or equivalent

  • Advanced or fluent proficiency in English
