Job Purpose

Realizar atividades de suporte a aplicações, desenvolvimento, testes e execução de projetos conforme especificações, alinhados aos padrões e procedimentos do grupo, oferecendo suporte contínuo às operações.

Job Description

  • Entrevistar Business Partner para entender e definir requisitos.

  • Traduzir requisitos em processos de negócios estruturados, especificações técnicas e organizacionais.

  • Realizar análise de sistemas e triagem de problemas.

  • Desenvolver códigos, configurar sistemas, analisar e mapear dados.

  • Executar manutenções em sistemas, incluindo gestão de mudanças e pequenos aprimoramentos.

  • Criar roteiros de testes, testar e assegurar qualidade e eficiência nas entregas.

  • Elaborar notas de versão para usuários finais com detalhes sobre melhorias e correções.

  • Manter atualizada a documentação de design dos sistemas e manuais de suporte.

  • Participar de projetos, entregando resultados conforme critérios de prazo, custo e qualidade.

  • Graduação completa em Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas, Sistemas de Informação e afins
  • Inglês Avançado
