Job Purpose

Ensure effective planning and control of materials, production activities, and project requirements by defining supply and manufacturing strategies, monitoring material availability, mitigating risks, supporting project execution, and maintaining alignment between engineering, production, procurement, and project teams to achieve business objectives and delivery commitments.

Job Description

• Support SPS projects by defining material supply and manufacturing strategies in accordance with company requirements
 • Perform analyses of material shortages, project constraints, and supply chain risks, proposing mitigation plans and alternative scenarios
 • Participate with Engineering teams in Bill of Materials (BOM) release activities and material planning processes
 • Maintain and update material records and master data in SAP
 • Assess engineering changes and analyze impacts on equipment Part Numbers and material requirements
 • Execute project, material, and production planning activities, including purchase requisitions, production orders, material allocation, and production control processes
 • Update purchased and manufactured item schedules within project planning tools and monitor project milestones
 • Prepare reports, project status analyses, risk assessments, and action plans to support project execution and production continuity
 • Participate in planning, engineering, production, and project meetings to ensure cross-functional alignment
 • Coordinate material deliveries, supplier interfaces, and rework material tracking activities
 • Support company initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Compliance standards
 • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and Code of Ethics.

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field
 • Degree in Production Engineering is desirable
 • Experience within the Oil & Gas industry is highly desirable
 • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and project execution environments
 • English proficiency required
