Job Purpose

Performs the installation, testing and repairing of new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools).

Job Description

  • Installs, tests and repairs new and reworked TechnipFMC products (equipment and tools)
  • Establishes and maintains communication with Customer Representative on issues related to his/her perimeter (job installation/testing procedures, equipment, tooling and spare parts requirements, equipment and tooling function-fit and critical technical data)
  • Provides sales support ensuring the customer is fully informed of all aspects of the job
  • Assures all quality issues and documentation (equipment and procedural defects) is communicated and sent back to Company's Service Management
  • Completes field documentation after the completion of each service job
  • Provides Project Support as required, for all new projects which includes assisting with project Factory Acceptance Tests and Systems Integration Testing
  • Prepares and completes safety related documentation. Pursues safe work practices

You are meant for this job if:

  • You are Congolese citizen
  • You have a High school diploma in Mechanics or equivalent technical diploma
  • You have minimum 1 year of experience in field service technician role
  • You have a valid driving license
  • You have Basic PC (Microsoft office) skills
  • You are fluent in English
  • You are able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
  • You demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude
  • You demonstrate efficient use of hand tools-manual, pneumatic and electric
  • You demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety and Environment
  • You have the ability to read and understand drawings
  • You have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
  • You have the ability to use technical tools and instruments required to perform duties
