Job Purpose
Services Coordinator supporting SPS Services/Project manager to ensure projects and assignments are delivered on time and on budget. Responsible for various tasks, including scheduling and managing communication amongst all project team members and other administrative duties.
Job Description
- Coordinate and communicate project delivery and cost requirements to the key support functions or client to meet schedule shipments in a quality and cost effective manner
- Consolidate and analyze information from Project, Product, Engineering, Supply Chain and the Project Schedulers to develop the overall Project Schedule and Work Breakdown Structure for the assigned Project
- Participate in Schedule Reviews within FMC to ensure that schedule requirements are being met, determine shipping dates and to update the project schedule
- Ensure that the accounting process, including revenue and cost recognition and sales order activities are compliant
- Communicate and work closely with the SPS Services Manager on deliveries and to ensure scheduled shipment arrives on time
Job Accountabilities
- Directly responsible for order commitment, scheduling of sales orders, on-time delivery, inventory impact and cash flow performance for customer service orders under services contracts
- Ensure service orders are accurately recorded in SAP
- Ensure financial data is accurately recorded in SAP and/or GEOS
- Ensure compliance with Business Process Management System (BPMS)
