Job Purpose
To coordinate the execution of equipment maintenance to meet agreed execution schedule, quality and cost requirements.
Job Description
Ensure equipment maintenance are delivered in accordance with schedule, budget and Project requirements
Supervise, review and expedite workshop maintenance deliverables
Ensure the agreed plan is followed and agreed deadlines are met for internal clients
Provide reporting as and when required
Problem solving at a job task level to ensure that schedules and equipment requirements are kept
Working with various stakeholders to ensure all requirements are balanced and met
Prepare Cost, Time & resource (CTR) quotes required to meet customer demands
Drive execution of work as defined in the customer purchase order
Ensure client purchase order requirements are transferred to TechnipFMC internal systems
You are meant for this job if:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related subject is preferred
2‐3 Years of experience in planning role within a workshop environment or project management environment
Experience preferably in oilfield equipment maintenance activities
Previous experience of planning and execution a workshop environment
SAP skills (maintenance, purchasing and inventory modules) - Preferable
Basic understanding of budget management
Knowledge of SPS equipment is preferred
