Job Purpose
Ensure implementation of Business Development & Sales strategies and targets, develops long term relationships with clients. May be accountable for the management of a small sales team for Subsea Services.
Job Description
• Ensures the achievement of sales objectives his/her scope by managing a portfolio of clients, identifying sales targets, determining the clients’ needs and priorities
• Ensures the development of sustainable relationships with new and existing clients, throughout the lifecycle
• Works closely with the Operations heads to identify project needs for commercial and technical engagement
• Ensures a sound knowledge of the market, clients and technologies so as to maximize the commercial impact and the added value for the client
• Represents and defends TechnipFMC interests and image in external events
• Ensures compliance of partners and commercial agents with Group principles
• Identifies, reviews, and negotiates Master Service Agreements and align these with corporate policies
You are meant for this job if:
• Bachelor's degree (preferably) or Technical degree
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the related field
• Excellent relationship skills
