Job Purpose
Provides technically complex engineering solutions in particularly challenging project environments in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures and processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
•Advises, clarifications on installed SURF products for the operators (through hotline)
•Incident management: Issue incident report, perform Root cause analyses and advise client on the way forward in relation with FTF recovery and review of archived design documents, review of design, manufacturing, testing and installation documents, assessment of operating conditions – possible re-run of PEDsoft
•Recommendations of the most suitable Inspection tool to support a diagnosis and versus existing facilities: interpretation of the inspection results: use of PEDsoft, Orcaflex, PVTsim…
•Writing Technical proposal and associated engineering discipline involvement details / CTR
•Issuing reports: test results , analysis, interpretation… and save them in database
•Presentation and minute of meeting issuance
•Liaise with FTF, discipline experts and SPS employees on the field
•Market monitoring on existing new inspection tool
•Interaction with RIM for monitoring equipment
•Qualification support. Requires occasional traveling abroad as required.
You are meant for this job if:
You have a degree in mechanical and/or fluid mechanics Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years experience in SURF product, flexible design, manufacturing and qualifications.
Knowledge on subsea structures design, rigid pipe design and/or installation is a plus.
