Job Purpose

At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a QCS Manager (M/F) who can join our multicultural team in Paris.

  • Interface between 3S project and supply chain after Project launcement .
  • Report to QCS Coordinator Manager any deviation to the assigned Man-hour budget and notify the change to the Project through PPM/SCM.
  • Follow PO from KOM to delivery, ensure PO deliver on time and fit for purpose. 
  • Inform Project Procurement Manager (PPM/SCM) about QCS Coordinator(s) activities assignment.
  • Support QCS Manager to improve internal process to meeting SSI. 
  • To be the single point of accountability against the Project, responsible for the supply conformity against the contractual requirements during the Purchase Order execution, in term of delivery date and manufacturing quality,​
  • ​Contract review and preparation of Project procedures / templates / reporting.​
  • ​Assessment of criticality rating analysis provided by Project.​
  • ​Execution of Project coordination activities.​
  • ​Identifying the main risks with the lead package, implement and follow up the corrective actions.​
  • ​Reporting the progress of QCS activities​
  • Managing the Project IT-tools.

Job Description

Expediting

  • ​Organize Kick Off Meeting (KOM) with supplier & CPY​ , Set up & attend weekly meeting with Suppliers ​
  • Supervise fabrication schedule , every critical situation that may affect the materials delivery date​
  • Supervise document submission progress ​
  • Issue and Manage Shipping documentation (Packing list/Note, Non- dual Use, Shipping marks, Shipping invoice, Certificate Of Origin)​
  • Valid supplier invoices ​
  • Ensure final document close out​
  • Vendor feedback​ 

 Inspection: 

  • Supervise every critical situation that may affect the materials quality ​
  • Organize PPM (Pre-Production Meeting) / with CPY / Supplier / Sub-Supplier (if required)​
  • Ensure Project specification & requirement are fully respected by supplier ​
  • Review of Quality document as ITP, and docs linked to quality purpose​
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation to perform QCS activities are available and approved minimum code 2 by CTR/CPY.​
  • Supervise ITP step

 

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor's degree - in Engineer, Supply chain or relevant management
  • Minimum 15 years in the related field 
  • Skill of management of international team
  • Fluent in English , able to use English as working language in writing and speaking
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • Good skill of communication and team spirit
