Job Purpose

At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a QCS Coordinator (M/F) who can join our multicultural team in Paris.

  • To be the main contact point of accountability against the Project, responsible for the supply conformity against the
  • contractual requirements during the Purchase Order execution, in term of delivery date and manufacturing quality,
  • Contract review and preparation of Project QCS procedures / templates / reporting.
  • Support on Assessment of criticality rating analysis provided by Project.
  • Execution of Project coordination activities.
  • Identifying the main risks with the lead package, implement and follow up the corrective actions.
  • Reporting the progress of QCS activities
  • Managing the Project IT-tools.

 

Job Description

  • Verifies the supply conformity against the contractual requirements during the Purchase Order (PO) execution in terms of delivery date and/or manufacturing quality. 

  • Conduct the Kick-Off Meeting and issue the meeting minute report.

  • Monitor the progress of orders, analyse the indicators given by the supplier, detect deviations or delays, check invoicing, etc.

  • Conduct the Pre-production meeting and issue the meeting minutes, monitoring inspection test plan (quanlity control plan) .

  • Coordinate the interfaces (suppliers, package, document Controller, transport, inspection via the Krakow center, etc.)

  • Guarantees that all the required information, documentation and drawings are available at proper time to the Supplier as required by the manufacturing schedule

  • Monitor the administration of the inspection (notifications, "lookahead", check the inspection report, etc

  • Performs Expediting /Inspection visits and issues the QCS Project deliverables (Inspection Report, Inspection Release Note, Outstanding Working List, Non Conformity Report, Inspection Man-hours Follow-up Sheet)

  • Supervises Supplier's Quality control activities and overall production schedule

  • Issue packaging and delivery agreements in conjunction with the Transport and Logistics team

You are meant for this job if:

The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position in a major projects activity.

The candidate require the following skills:

  • Fluent in English, able to lead meetings in English Mastery of the know-how of O&G equipment.
  • Mastery of order tracking activities (expediting and inspection)
  • Ability to work under pressure in an international environment & procedure.
