Job Purpose

• Organize and coordinate the Materiel Management on Supply, T&I or EPCI Subsea Projects. 

Job Description

Under the responsibility of the Project Operation Manager, organize and coordinate the whole Project Materiel Management process from the material requisition, purchase, transport, mobilization, demobilization and redelivery in accordance with the Operations Department Material Management Procedures. Set-up the Material tracking tool (eMAT) and keep it live and up to date until the end of the project. Organize the necessary meetings to ensure proper coordination of the Project Materiel Management (Kick Off, follow up and close out meetings). Report on progress and issues to the Project Operation Manager. Follow the Material mobilization and demobilization on Operations sites In and Out of Country.

You are meant for this job if:

5 years minimum of experience in Subsea Engineering, Operations or Logistic and transport. Good knowledge on Subsea material and/or Logistic and transport. Fluency in professional English, good communication, team spirit.
