Job Purpose

TechnipFMC is a leading technology provider to the traditional and new energies industry, delivering fully integrated projects, products, and services.Within the framework of company's values, policies, and contract commitments (including HSES, quality, time & cost), the Project Manager is accountable for project timely delivery and Profit & Loss by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities will include the following , but not limited to:


  • Ensure that the project is planned, organized and executed in accordance with the Business Management System
  • Ensures project execution within time, budget, and QHSES requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities, and changes
  • Builds and maintains relationship with customer and other stakeholders associated with the Project (partners, subcontractors, vendors …)
  • Serves as the single point of contact for the customer
  • Creates a quality and HSE oriented work climate that encourages client satisfaction and HSE consciousness among the project team
  • Identifies enhanced business opportunities at Tender / BD stage and works with the proposal team to communicate customer requirements and to drive customer specifications toward standardized product solutions during tender/ BD stage
  • Ensures timely internal and external reporting
  • Manages, informs, and leads project team by setting and monitoring performance targets
  • Contributes to people development by interfacing with project department and HR
  • Guarantees achievement or improvement of Profit & Loss forecasts
  • Ensures coordination of interfaces
  • Develops integrated project team charter and lead team building, alignment, and communication processes

You are meant for this job if:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar position
  • Professional English
  • Excellent understanding of on-offshore/subsea projects, including relevant equipment, operations and services
  • Ability to lead functional project teams and manages critical timelines with the goal to streamline and provide critical customer service
