Job Purpose
Job Description
- Manage the daily administration of projects
- Ensures that engineering and requisitioning as well as procurement, subcontracting, expediting and associated testing, operations, and logistics activities in own area of action are developed according to schedule, man/hours, equipment, and materials budget as well as contractual specifications
- Provides timely reporting to Project Management and operational supervisor: follow up of activity, critical deviation of activities and/or potential risks
- Enforces QHSES corporate policies within areas of responsibilities
- Coordinates engineering and requisitioning activities with procurement and operations
- Ensures that vendors’ documents are approved, commented, and returned to vendors on time
- Handles preparation of documents required by contract and authorities
- Oversees the availability of all information and data needed for activities within areas of responsibility
- Contributes to the definition of equipment lists
You are meant for this job if:
- BS in Engineering or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of experience in engineering or related fields
- 2 to 5 years of experience as project engineer
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to think and act independently on relatively complex projects and issues
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Good level of English (written & oral)
