Job Purpose
The TechnipFMC Global Rotational Graduate Program is a 2-year development plan for entry-level engineers. Participants experience three different engineering roles, rotating every six to eight months determined per the Graduate Program Manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the company's processes. The program includes hands-on projects, formal training, and professional development, with leadership and mentorship opportunities. Upon completion, graduates are placed in roles aligning with their career goals and the organization's needs.

• Candidates must have a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, with graduation within the last 2 years or be in their final year of university, demonstrating strong academic performance, technical skills, and a passion for the energy industry
