Job Purpose

Hiring for a Completions Service Manager in Odessa, TX that will be responsible for supervising all resources for assigned completions offerings in the Permian Basin and help manage costs.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the utilization, career development, training, and day-to-day activities of direct reports.
  • Responsible for leading service technicians, Field Advisors and customers to secure customer success, error free and safe operations.
  • Responsible for the equipment, tooling, and inventory to be utilized in the assigned operations.
  • Manages the technical and logistical support for Surface Operations including administrative functions of scheduling, forecasting, tracking KPIs and closing billing activities in the field.
  • Manage, establish and implement procedures to assure all equipment, service tooling and spare parts are on location, function fit, tested and ready to use.
  • Coordinates the Well File Management Program and ensures that all service work is properly documented showing tasks carried out, procedures, equipment and parts used and any problems that occurred.
  • Manages proper billing services and equipment via digital ticketing platform

You are meant for this job if:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 2 years’ experience managing a team with direct reports, preferably in a multifunctional environment.
  • 3-5 years of Surface Oilfield experience or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding cost drivers and P&L statement.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of initiative, judgment and resourcefulness with the ability to find creative solutions to multifaceted and/or time sensitive problems.
