Job Purpose

  • Lead cross-functional and global teams within REMS to deliver low complexity commercial proposals to Subsea for SPS subsystems: execution strategy, cost and benchmarks, schedule, risks & opportunities…
  • Manage the handover to the project execution teams within REMS upon Contract Award to ensure successful startup of projects.
  • Propose and lead process improvement actions across the global tendering team.  
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, clients and supply chain to provide competitive proposals meeting Clients’ requirements and TechnipFMC overall business strategy and objectives

  • Tender Coordination / Management
    • Key focal point between Subsea and REMS, responsible for the delivery of the whole REMS subsystem tender package to Subsea, for low complexity / small bids
    • Set out & agree Tender strategy with all stakeholders in REMS and Subsea
    • Coordinate up to 10 cross-functional and global contributors  
    • Manage Tender Milestones to ensure on time delivery to Subsea / Customer
    • Prepare & Lead Tender meetings with the team
    • Prepare Commercial packages and present/submit to Senior Leadership for approval
    • Submit final proposal & all necessary supporting documents to Subsea
    • Internal customers/stakeholders are located in all major TechnipFMC locations: USA, Canada, Brazil, Norway, UK, France, India, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia

Skills

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or related discipline. Master degree in the same areas is preferred
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in tender, sales support, engineering or projects
  • Experience with Oil & Gas product engineering and/or manufacturing, especially Subsea Production Systems such as Manifolds, Christmas Trees and /or Control Systems equipment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Diligent, meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Experience leading process improvement actions
