Job Purpose

Promotes HSE and participates in risk minimization and prevention at site, executing operational tasks.

Job Description

• Conducts regular inspections of the site under responsibility on HSE matters.

• Reports any deficiencies and non-conformities identified and ensures any corrective actions are implemented.

• Analyzes site statistics and enters the data into the group Synergy system and offers recommendations.

• Develops and updates the HSE plans for the site and follows their implementation.

• Enhances HSE awareness of all employees, subcontractors etc. at site.

• Ensures that adequate training has been provided to all personnel according to their job's requirements.

• Ensures that HSE equipment is properly operated, tested, calibrated, and maintained.

• Supervises/coordinates actions within the HSES team

• Ensures homogeneity/coherence within the pakageof the managed perimeter

• Ensures the transfer of experience/knowledge

You are meant for this job if:

• Certificate or equivalent / technical background in HSES

• Recognized Auditing qualification

• Formal Accident / Incident Investigation training

• Over 2 years of experience on the matter
