Job Purpose

Development and management of the relationship between TechnipFMC Subsea Services and the assigned customer
• Management of the Subsea SDS and Subsea Services contracts between TechnipFMC Subsea Services and the assigned customer
• Internal focal point for all wellheads supply and Services related activities from the assigned customer.
• Financial performance: financial forecasts, budgets for assigned wellheads and delivery services contracts;
• Ensuring required resource level for the supply and services;
• Demonstrate management style to reflect TechnipFMC’s Commitment to Ethics, Foundational Beliefs and Core Values;
• Manage the execution of wellheads supply and services in accordance with the requirements for the assigned supply and services contract
• Provide tender deliverables for wellhead supply and services to central tender team

Job Description

  • Ensures compliance with the customers’ service contract and wellheads contract requirements;
  • Ensures high level of customer satisfaction, score 4.3 or above (out of 5) on customer satisfaction survey, and maintain excellent relations with customers;
  • Ensurea compliance with TechnipFMC policies and standards as well as local laws, rules and regulations;
  • Establish budgets, goals and objectives in line with those of TechnipFMC Asia and monitor progress on monthly basis;
  • Accountable for P&L results for the assigned wellhead and services contracts
  • Validate adequate manning levels and request equipment and personnel resources in a timely manner;
  • Ensures that lessons learned and best practices are preserved, communicated locally and exchanged with management and with other geographical areas;
  • Ensures alignment between the Subsea Services & Business Development forecast
  • Ensures Service Notifications are maintained in SAP – Monitor and close
  • Ensure compliance with the Business Process Management System (BPMS)
  • Ensures tender deliverables are submitted on time and accurately
  • Coach and mentor assigned personnel for desired performance and results
  • Implements Management of change process to address scope changes for assigned contracts.
  • Ensures that project risks are identified and managed throughout the entire life cycle of the contracts.
  • Develops and implements Project closeout Plan.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, petrochemical or relevant subjects
  • Good to have: Project Management knowledge, PMP
  • Minimum 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry related to subsea services and oilfield equipment.
  • Experience in wellhead systems and offshore service operations is highly preferred.
  • Strong communicator, team player, passionate, self-driven, resourceful, good influencer and negotiator
