Job Purpose

Ensure assembly and test operating tasks and activities within time frame in agreement with the objectives fixed in term of performance, quality, and safety.

Job Description

Role and responsibilities:

  • Acts as a technical resource providing guidance and expertise for team members in their daily technical work.  
  • Assist engineer & group leader to reviews daily team requirements, coordinate activities and plans and coordinates overtime requirements.  Ensures that labor reporting is accurate and balances with time sheets.  
  • Receive project schedule from assembly manager/engineer/group leader, plans and coordinates the assembly/test activities of assigned team to ensure that production commitments are met.
  • Assembles and tests assemblies according to TechnipFMC specifications. Masters basic skills and some advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials and/or equipment in area of expertise
  • Completes required test documentation including test reports, failed test reports and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
  • Resolves routine questions and problems in mastered subassemblies. Refers more complex issues to higher levels.

You are meant for this job if:

  • At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in a mechanical role. We are also open to considering fresh graduates.
  • Preferably certificate/diploma qualification and above or equivalent.
  • Clear understanding of general mathematics with ability to write and communicate in English.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
  • Ability to use personal computer or workstation.
  • Ability to operate high- and low-pressure pumps, hydrostatic pumps, high torque wrenches, overhead cranes, jib cranes, forklifts, and rigging.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools and measuring devices such as height gauges, adjustable parallels, calipers and pressure gauges.
