Job Description
You are meant for this job if:
- 6- 10 years of total experience in Oracle Fusion HCM/HRMS which includes 3-4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expert in implementation and Support (Business As Usual ) and having experience of requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Completed at least 3-4 end to end implementations.
- Candidate has extensive experience in Core HR and Compensation modules.
- Worked on Technical tools like HDL, Oracle OTBI/ BI reports.
- Ability to lead and interact to higher management
- Experience in working for HRIS department of the company
