Job Purpose
As an HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) Team, we are responsible for fostering a workplace and culture that empowers everyone to do their best work. This role is responsible for managing the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) product within the HR technology landscape. The role serves as the primary LMS subject matter expert, partnering with Learning & Development, HR teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable learning solutions and continuous platform improvements
Job Description
- Technical and functional ownership for the SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS).
- Act as the primary owner and administrator of the LMS platform, ensuring system stability, performance, and compliance.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective LMS solutions.
- Configure and maintain LMS functionality including learning items, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, user groups, notifications, and security roles.
- Manage Employee Central to LMS integrations, connectors, scheduled jobs, and learner data synchronization processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new functionality, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for LMS operational support, issue resolution, and service requests.
- Manage system updates, testing, release activities, and periodic SuccessFactors release reviews.
- Create and maintain system documentation, process guides, training materials, and support documentation.
- Lead business analysis activities to define requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Monitor and communicate project progress, risks, and recommended actions.
- Continuously build knowledge of SuccessFactors Learning, HR technology trends, and best practices.
