Job Purpose

• Supports in all related HR process and issues with a local scope

Job Description

• Responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR transactional activities within scope and SLA including but not limited to employee administration, inquiries management, onboarding, exit, payroll inputs, local recruitment coordination, time and benefits administration

• Maintain and contribute to the on-going development of the HR knowledge base to help employees quickly and easily find answers to their questions via self-service • Proactively identify areas of improvement in HR processes and documentation

• To support UAT project, migration projects, involved in knowledge transfer, Go-Live processes, and activities • Works with minimal supervision within established procedures and practices.

• Contribute positively to a knowledge sharing environment through generously sharing knowledge with others. Assist in orientation training and act as buddy to new team members.

Ensure Onboarding (pre, day 1 and post) are delivered according to the global and local standard. • Process offboarding requests as per guidelines • Payroll data coordination • Coordinate Background Verification (BGV) End-to-End processing with internal and external stakeholders.

Create PR/GR, validate and approve invoices in SAP for P&C Finance related together with provision reports • Coordinate and manage service award processes • Manage administration for Health and Insurance management, including payments • Manage time administration and leaves annually as per policy • Deliver employees’ services via People Now Ticketing and ensure SLA compliance • Ensure data accuracy and quality & Reporting

• Analyze, clarify, and resolve operation issues and enquiries with close collaboration with relevant counterparts to ensure quality services are delivered from the hub.

• All unresolved and potential operational issues are escalated timely according to established escalation process, with detailed analysis provided to Manager. 

You are meant for this job if:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related) • 0 to 2 years of HR related career experience • Knowledge of HR management methods and tools • Good administrative and time management skills • Planning and organizational skills • Excellent communication skills

Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience handling full spectrum of human resource activities, preferably working in shared services before.
