  • Provide support on Employee Onboarding and Exit Process
  • Facilitate employee queries on payroll, leaves, benefits (ESI, PF, Gratuity), employee data change etc.
  • Collaborate with Payroll & Benefits team, share required payroll inputs to effectively administer pay and benefits.
  • Hands on experience in Manpower planning and Budgeting
  • Good in documentation - Employee database, Employee letters, Employment contracts, etc.
  • Issue Employee letters – Probation extension, Relieving, & Conversion etc.
  • Partner with HRBP(s) on the implementation of HR strategies & program
  • Hands on experience on managing HR Metrics such as turnover rates, Headcount ratio, Training Man-hours etc.
  • Track and submit invoices and expenses for human resources function.

  • 6-8 years of experience
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; Or equivalent combination of education & skills.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist with the knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management and operations.
  • Advanced skills & knowledge MS Office; HRIS systems & tools (e.g. Service Now)
  • Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage daily operations of the function, prioritize work without direction, and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in-office and remotely according to TechnipFMC hybrid work environment.
