Job Description
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage onboarding to exit processes.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, leaves, benefits (ESI, PF, Gratuity), and data updates.
2. HR Operations & Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with Payroll & Operations teams and share accurate payroll inputs.
- Maintain HR records, employee database, and HR documentation.
- Prepare required employee letters
3. Workforce Planning & Reporting
- Support manpower planning and budgeting activities.
- Track HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, training man-hours, etc.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Drive engagement initiatives including cultural events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
- Implement recognition programs and support culture-building initiatives.
5. HR Policies & Compliance
- Implement and communicate HR policies across the organization.
- Support grievance handling and guide employees as per company policies.
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to HR guidelines.
6. Training & Development
- Assist in organizing training programs and coordinating learning activities.
- Track HR-related invoices and expenses.
7. HR Business Partnering
- Partner with HRBPs to execute HR strategies and people programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams for smooth operations.
You are meant for this job if:
- 6-8 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field; Or equivalent combination of education & skills.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with the knowledge of employment laws and best practices in HR management and operations.
- Advanced skills & knowledge MS Office; HRIS systems & tools (e.g. Service Now)
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to manage daily operations of the function, prioritize work without direction, and make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan.
- Strong analytical, independent thinking and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in-office and remotely according to TechnipFMC hybrid work environment
