Job Purpose

Tariff Process Ownership & Collaboration

  • Own the end‑to‑end tariffs and duties workflow, maintaining documentation and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Logistics, Global Trade, Procurement, and Subsea/Surface teams on tariff‑related activities.
  • Act as the primary U.S. owner for all tariffs & duties reporting across the organization.

Job Description

Reporting & Dashboard Management

  • Prepare, update, and publish monthly Tariffs & Duties Reports for Subsea Projects, Subsea Services, and Surface.
  • Produce mid‑month updates using partial broker data.
  • Prepare project‑specific tariff breakdowns for various business units.
  • Maintain, refresh, and enhance Power BI dashboards used for tariff reporting.
  • Align dashboard totals with financial statements to ensure the data ties to what is booked in the P&L for Customs & Duties accounts.
  • Ensure data models reflect the latest broker datasets and Snowflake tables

You are meant for this job if:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (required).
  • 3+ years of experience in cost accounting, customs/tariff analysis, or import compliance (required).
  • Experience with Subsea, Surface, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  • Experience working with broker data, trade compliance, or logistics systems (preferred).
  • Experience with Power BI and Snowflake (preferred).

  • Highly detail‑oriented with strong ownership of data quality.

Comfortable working with complex datasets and incomplete broker information
