Job Description

  • The person will be responsible for all aspects of Incident Management and support for HR operations utilizing best practice processes to include Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Knowledge Management.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of services provided, ensuring appropriate coverage is in place, daily reporting, broad program awareness of trends, efficient escalation to tiers 2 and 3, and meeting customer’s SLAs.
  • Flexible in the Work time zone, this position will answer requests from all over the Globe.
  • Helps maintain data integrity in HR systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Works closely with the HRIS GBS team to support end-to-end testing of upgrades, change requests, and others.
  • Ensure regular connection and governance with key stakeholders in the organizational hierarchy.
  • Works closely with the integration technical team to support interface errors with the help of local HRBPs if necessary.
  • Understand all the HRIS applications’ features and functionalities to better manage operations and issue resolution.

You are meant for this job if:

  • Overall, 1 to 2 years’ experience with HRIS/ HRMS systems, not mandatory but good to have.
  • Mandatory: The person must have some experience in HR systems and integrated HR applications.
  • Experience in managing SAP SuccessFactors will be an added advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
